Between a rock and a hard place...

How boring would life be if it wasn´t full of difficult choices. I have always been trying to live my life according to my own beliefs, but that has not been any easy. Right now I have two choices to do my Ph.D:
1) A not-so-appealing research line at my current job, very well (but very well) paid...
2) Doing something which I really love...but leaving only on a meagre scholarship from Mexico...
Sometimes I imagine that having a Ph.D will give me the scope to do many things in my research area, so maybe I can be materialistic for four years and take the first option...but I am not so sure...
Well, what the hell, tomorrow is my birthday and I am going to the David Coppefield´s show...I will tell you how it was later...
