Me, my friends and the blogger.

Today I was free as a bird. Well, I have to study for one final, but I just did not feel like studying. Instead I took a tour around the blogs of some of my friends. One of them was once attacked by somebody for one of her postings, and she said something about the way we usually judge people: by superficial impressions. Today I realized how much of that affirmation is true. My friends around here come from different countries, and we are unbelievable different in the way we perceive the world and in the things that matter for us. But we are just the same in one thing. And that thing is passion. We are particularly passionate about our points of view, and that´s why sometimes whe can´t even finish a Pictionary game without somebody getting upset and the other ones laughing at him/her. Imagine how the scene turns out when we decide to talk about serious matters all together! Not very good. After that sometimes whe do not see each other in a week or two. But then something funny happens: We get together again and it feels like home. Or at least I don´t miss mine that much. Reading all the thoughts there I realized that I really don´t know them deeply, but somehow always knew that on the inside we are just a bunch of young people fighting every day not only for our own dreams but also for bringing something positive to this planet. And this is the extra that makes us be condescendent with each other. Vancouver has been good to me, but it has been enjoyable and full of fun and new experiences thanks to the people that I have met here.
