Ya merito es Navidad!

Pues ya estamos por acá prendidísimos con el hecho de que...ya casi es Navidad! Y no sólo eso, ya casi es hora de disfrutar de nuevo los tamalitos, tacos y otras delicias que se quedaron por allá en mi tierra...

Me fascina caminar por las calles y ver todo tan alegre, tan iluminado. Mucha gente se queja, que esto y que el otro, que cuánto consumismo que no se qué. Pero a mi me gusta el hecho de que en ésta época el mundo occidental se vuelve un poco más humano. La gente tiende a buscar compañía para celebrar estos días, se compran regalos y mucha gente organiza colectas u otras cosas para ayudar a aquellos que no tienen lana o están solos.

Estaba ya por cuajarme envuelta en mis cobijas como queso Oaxaca cuando prendí la tele y ví un video de Band Aid 20 (Coldplay, Dido,U2,Robbie Williams etc...), con una canción de Navidad tipo "We are the world"...se acuerdan?, bueno, pues muchos dirán que no está tan buena, pero a mí me encantó. Tanto que se las puse aquí para que lean la letra, y no para que se depriman, sino porque el mensaje está muy bueno. Qué chido que alguien se tome la molestia de componerle algo así a este mundo nuestro tan desbalanceado.

Me encanta que se celebre la Navidad. El mundo es mundo, consumista, lleno de broncas y políticas, el mundo es tan humano, tan lleno de gente abismalmente distinta, de miles de teorías sobre la vida y la muerte, siempre girando, imparable, al ritmo que los siglos marcan y que borran las huellas de los millones y millones que ya han sido...bueno de la mayoría. Hay gente que vivió cientos de años atrás, que hicieron algo excepcional por lo que se les recuerda de alguna manera. Entre ellos Jesús.Él no construyó pirámides ni inventó nada, pero dejó un mensaje de amor para que lo oiga quien quiera. >:0)
